Hello and thanks for visiting my website!
My name is Stephanie Steinberg, and I am a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where I majored in Communication Studies and minored in Medical Anthropology. Throughout my four years in college, I worked at the school’s newspaper The Michigan Daily and was the editor in chief in 2011. From 2011 to 2012, I led the production of a Michigan Daily book called “Michigan Football: A History of the Nation’s Winningest Program,” which is available on Barnes & Noble, Amazon and The Michigan Daily website.
I am currently an assistant editor for the Health and Money sections at U.S. News & World Report in Washington D.C. I was previously the online Living editor for WTOP Radio and was in charge of assigning and editing stories related to health, entertainment and lifestyle news in D.C., Maryland and Virginia. I have also interned at The Boston Globe, CNN, USA TODAY, The Oakland Press and The Detroit Jewish News, where seasoned reporters and editors have passed on valuable reporting tips and information about the media industry.
This website highlights some of my best work. I hope you enjoy reading my articles.
All the best,
